I want to make cheese
I went looking around on the internet again for cheesemaking supplies, and it made me excited to make cheese. I am really excited, though of course, it will take a long time to figure out if I was successful at my first attempts (because the least amount of aging is like one month). Anyway...so I am once again excited, and can't wait to be settled back in Utah so I can start making cheese. Yum.

Scott wants to make cheese, too. I think it sounds really sketchy, though. If yours works out, then maybe I will let him try.
What is sketchy about making cheese?
